Professional Bio

Nataliia Tolstopalova is the Head of Department of Inorganic Substances and General Chemical Technology since 2015, the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ukraine. She has PhD degree in Technology of Inorganic Substances. PhD in technics, Ph.D. thesis: “The Utilization of Fluorine-Phosphate Mud in the Production of Phosphoric Acid and Fertilizers”.

Research areas: Water and Wastewater Treatment Technologies, low-waste technologies for purification waste water from industrial plants.

Teaching Skills: Theoretical Basis of Chemistry and Technology of Water; General Chemical Technologies; Chemical Technologies of Inorganic Substances.

Supervisor of 3-4 Bachelor theses and 1-2 Master theses every year.

She took part in Ukrainian and International conferences. At the same time she takes part in two international projects, such as Water Harmony Erasmus+ and Water Harmony Eurasia-II.
